Ingredients
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1 cup dried dates
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tbs República Organic Timor ground coffee
2 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
2 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs desiccated coconut
Method
Combine nuts and dates in the food processor and blend, blend, blend away!
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until everything is evenly combined.
Roll them into balls and if you’d like, coat them in cocoa powder and desiccated coconuts. Then pop into the fridge to harden.
Last but certainly not least, say “this is just a little something I made earlier” as you grab them out of the fridge. Pause for impressed looks and compliments.
